What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 14 pm and guests must chjeck out by 10am.
Early check-in or late check-out can be organised in advance.

Do you have a carpark?
Yes, we have an outdoor carpark and an underground garage linked to the hotel. Both are free of charge with bookings made directly on our website, while available.

Is the hotel accessible to people with mobility problems?
The hotel is completely accessible to all and there are rooms available for those with mobility problems. Let us know your requirements when making your booking!

Are pets allowed?
We accept pets of small and medium size (max 1 per room) for a surcharge of 15 euro for one day . For many day : 10,00 € each night.

Do you offer a restaurant service?
We have a restaurant area that serves breakfast. We are affiliated with local restaurants nearby.

SPA

Our spa in the summer is for exclusive use while the swimming pool and whirlpool are for collective use.
Spa, pool and whirlpool are for a fee.

Is access to the spa included in the price? (starting from decembber 2024)

Access to the spa ( swimming pool,Jacuzzi, Sauna, Steam bath, Emotional shower, Kneipp and relax room) is not included in the price and it’s at an extra charge.

Is the gym included in the price?
Access to gym is included in the price when booking directly through our website.

Do I need to book?
Prior booking is strongly recommended because we host a limited number of guests at the same time.

What are the opening times?
The SPA is open from 15.30 pm to 20.00 pm. Closing day :Tuesday , excluding holidays , july, august and New Year.

Are children allowed?
Children 0 – 13 Years are allowed in the swimming pool only; they are not allowed in any other area.

What are the costs of the spa area? (starting from decembber 2024)

20,00 € 1H30 per person per day (except for packages) including one towel. Bathrobe, slippers and cap available upon payment.
6,00 € 1H30 children 0-13 per day only swimming pool

Do I have to wear a swimming cap?
Yes, swimming caps are obligatory and you must also provide your own swimming costume, flip flops and towel.

With family

We stayed there in a family room three nights. We had a great time, clean room, staff always ready to satisfy requests and smiling. The swimming pool and whirlpool are clean and organized according to schedule, which ensures that there is no chaos. There is also a small gym.
Excellent breakfast, with cakes, crepes and biscuits made by them. There was also savory.
The location is strategic for those who want to move in different directions. It is close to the motorway, 3 minutes by car from Saint Vincent and 30 from Cervinia

Hotel in a quiet location just outside the motorway exit. Closed garage with video surveillance, perfect for us who had MTBs in tow. Clean and comfortable rooms. Spectacular view of the valley. Sweet and savory breakfast with excellent products. And we didn't try the spa... which promises well!
